Jones Aparecido Belther

Mr. Belther has over 28 years of experience in the area. He held the same position at Votorantim Metais S.A. between 2004 and 2014. Prior to joining them, he was country manager at Vale in Peru between 2002 and 2004. He has worked in Brazil and abroad in companies such as Rio Tinto Brasil, Golden Star Resources, in Suriname, Phelps Dodge in Brazil and Chile, Vale in Brazil and Peru, and other companies. Mr. Belther graduated with a degree in Geology in 1991 from the São Paulo State University, UNESP, in Brazil, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in 2000 in Mineral Exploration.
