Babak Enayati

Babak Enayati currently serves as Vice President of Grid Integration at Nexamp, having previously held significant roles such as Senior Director of Grid Modernization at LUMA Energy and Principal Strategic Business Advisor at Ampacimon. Enayati is also the IEEE Power and Energy Society Vice President of Education and has extensive experience in engineering and management within National Grid, where responsibilities spanned from leading technology deployment to managing distributed generation standards. Enayati has contributed to various IEEE committees, including serving as Vice Chair of IEEE 1547, focusing on standard development for interconnecting distributed resources. Academically, Enayati holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University along with M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees from Isfahan University of Technology and Tabriz University, respectively.
