Palmer Moore

Palmer serves as Nexamp’s Vice President of Business Development, where he works with the firm’s experienced, in-house development, design and operations teams to deploy medium to large-scale solar energy projects on both roof-mounted and ground-mounted sites across the Eastern U.S.

Since joining Nexamp in 2009, Palmer has led development on a wide range of projects, from 2 kilowatts to 2 Megawatts, and now oversees all project development efforts in Maryland, New York and Rhode Island.

Prior to Nexamp, Palmer was a marine engineer specializing in the development of advanced composite power and sailing craft, where on-board energy generation and storage played an important role.

He holds a B.S.E. in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.
