Arushi Tyagi

Arushi Tyagi is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as L&D Growth Manager at Nexans since January 2024, after holding the position of L&D Program Manager (Industry 4.0). Prior to this role, Arushi worked as a Digital Learning Project Manager at Saint-Gobain from September 2022 to October 2023, and as L&D Deputy Manager at Apollo Hospitals from August 2021 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as an L&D Specialist at Airgo between August 2019 and July 2021, and as a Flight Attendant at Jet Airways from February 2017 to June 2019. Arushi's educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from CIFFOP, a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from St. Xavier's College, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science from Delhi University.
