Benoit Metivier

Benoit Metivier has a diverse work experience. Benoit started their career as an intern at Geodis in 2009, where they gained experience in controlling and consolidation for a short period. Benoit then interned at Geodis BM Netherlands B.V. in 2010, where they worked in the controlling department and was responsible for tasks such as setting up reports, margin analysis, budgeting, and reconciliations. In 2011, they joined Grant-Thornton France as a Senior Auditor and was later promoted to a managerial position. In 2014, they joined Nexans as a Consolidation Analyst and then moved on to become the Corporate Financial Controller. Benoit later became the Corporate Financial Controlling Senior Manager before assuming their current role as the Finance Director for Building & Territories in North America.

Benoit Metivier obtained a Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Champollion in Grenoble, France in 2006. Benoit then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting Controlling and Audit from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, graduating in 2011. In 2012, they enrolled at Conseil de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables and completed their Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable in the field of Comptabilité et finance in 2021. In addition, they obtained a supplementary certification called Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion in 2011.
