Gwenael Gilbert

Gwenael Gilbert currently serves as CEO of Nexans Brazil and VP of the Business Group D&U AMEA, with a career at Nexans beginning in October 2012. Responsibilities include leading various industrial teams and serving on the Executive Committee in Chile. Prior to this, Gwenael held roles in supply chain and production management at the Lens copper rod mill, overseeing significant inventory and operations across multiple European factories. Previous experience includes serving as Supply Chain Manager at Rottendorf Pharma, where advanced supply chain tools were implemented, and as associate founder of OGIP Consulting Romania, specializing in Lean Manufacturing. Early career experience includes project management at Renault. Educational credentials encompass an Executive Master in International Business from ESCP Business School, an MBA from Universidad de Chile, and a Master's degree from Centrale Lille.
