Sebastien Weisse

Sebastien Weisse has extensive work experience in various leadership roles focused on digital and data strategy. Sebastien is currently the Innovation Director Digital and Data at Nexans. Prior to this, they served as the Director - Global Head of Digital and Data at Soprema Group, where they designed and executed the digital and data strategy for the organization. Sebastien also held multiple positions at Hager Group, including Director Product Management & Solutions Unit and Head of Product Management - Doorphone & Access Control. Sebastien began their career at Schneider Electric as a Sr Product Line Manager and later joined Nokia as a Manager Technical Sales. Sebastien also worked as a Project Manager at Airbus.

Sebastien Weisse obtained a Master's degree in Electric energy and information sciences from CentraleSupélec from 1995 to 1998. In 2020, they completed an Executive Program in Digital Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management. Currently, they are pursuing an executive MASTER at ESSEC Business School. In addition, they have also obtained a certification in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in 2021.
