Séverine Grosjean

Séverine Grosjean currently serves as the Chief Human Resources & ESG Officer at Nexans since December 2024. Previously, Séverine held various leadership positions at Tarkett, including Group Human Resources & Communication EVP and EMEA HR VP, from December 2017 to September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Schneider Electric as HR VP for the Commercial organization and HR projects in the Industry business, as well as HRD for the Solutions Business in France. At Alstom Transport, Séverine occupied multiple senior HR roles from May 2000 to March 2015, culminating in VP positions for Talent Development and Global Resourcing, as well as HR for North America. Earlier career experience includes serving as Site HR Manager at Philips from January 1996 to March 2000. Séverine holds a Master by Research in Human Resources from the University of Kent and a CAAE in Business Administration from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with studies at Sciences Po.
