Taoufik Fethy

Taoufik Fethy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and production. Taoufik is currently serving as the North West Africa Human Resources Director at Nexans since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Alstom from March 2014 onwards. Before that, they held the position of Industrial Human Resources Manager at Imperial Tobacco from 2007 to 2014 and the role of Ingénieur chef de projets industriel from 2005 to 2007. Taoufik Fethy's earlier experience includes serving as the DIrecteur de Production and Responsable Industralisation et Développement at Intertronic Maroc from 1999 to 2005.

Taoufik Fethy holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie Mécanique from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from EHTP vs Université Management de Strasbourg.
