Brian Hoeger

Brian Hoeger is an Engineering Manager in Nexant’s Utility Services (UTS) business unit located in the Hinsdale, Illinois office. Brian has more than 29 years of energy engineering experience, including energy analysis and design. He currently manages projects, provides technical support to the program, and ensures consistency and quality of deliverables and services for engineers working on the Commonwealth Edison Retrocommissioning Program.

Brian has a breadth of responsibilities that vary based on the needs of the program: managing a team of engineers, performing walk-through energy assessments and inspections, completing energy analyses and calculations, executing retrocommissioning activities, and completing detailed technical reviews of projects.

Prior to joining Nexant, Brian worked for Constellation, where he managed an energy program for a large association of retailers. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University, Charles Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
