Stephanie Judge

Stephanie Judge is a Senior Director on our Business Development team and oversees our proposals and sales operations processes. In her role, Stephanie works with Nexant executives to develop strategies to achieve our business development goals. She also works across our business development efforts to create messaging that resonates ensure we have the tools, resources, and engages with business prospects and clients. She continually hones business development processes and practices to increase efficiencies, communications, and wins. She manages Nexant's CRM and ensures data captured is accurate, impactful, and relevant for executive-level decision makers.

Stephanie has more than 10 years of sales operations experience in the energy efficiency industry and 30+ years’ experience developing successful proposals that win business. Stephanie is an avid cyclists and hockey fan. She holds a BS in Journalism from Radford University and an MBA from Averett University.
