João Francisco

João Francisco has worked in the software engineering and systems engineering fields since 2018. João began their career as an intern at Veniam, and then progressed to a software engineer and systems engineer role. Prior to this, João Francisco participated in Vodafone's Discover Summer Internship program, in the Access Network Engineering department, where they focused on analyzing Drive Test data and deciding whether a certain base station in the mobile network was redundant and could be safely turned off, without impacting customers. In 2022, they joined Nexar Inc. as a software engineer.

João Francisco completed their Mestrado Integrado in Engenharia Eletrotécnica e de Computadores from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto between 2013 and 2020. In 2017, they attended the Technical University of Munich for Communications Engineering.
