Joao Vieira has four years of work experience. Joao began their career at NST Apparel in 2018 as a System Administrator. In the same year, they joined Euronext as an Operations Analyst and Service Operations Shift Leader, where they were actively involved in the Serious Incident Process and Problem Resolution, moderated service disruption events, managed teams in regards to training, on-boarding, coaching, activities, evaluation and career progression, and implemented new standards, work-flows and automated processes. In 2020, they moved to Veniam as a DevOps. Currently, they are working at Nexar Inc. as a DevOps.
