Taliya Dishon has extensive experience in organizational transformation and customer service leadership at Nexar Inc. since February 2017. As Head of Customer Service & Customer Success, Taliya leads initiatives to enhance operations through data-driven strategies, process automation, and the integration of generative AI solutions. Previously, as Head of Transformation (PMO), Taliya managed over 50 cross-organizational initiatives aimed at profitability and excellence. Taliya also served as Chief of Staff, focusing on strategic planning, HR functions, and change management. Earlier roles include Executive Assistant, providing support to the executive team, and Office Manager at Penza Perception Lab, where Taliya oversaw operations and managed international activities and training programs.
