Matt Siekielski

Matt Siekielski is a Director of NexBank Capital, Inc. and NexBank and serves as the President and CEO of both the Company and the Bank. He establishes and executes the strategy of the Company and oversees the financial and operational performance of the businesses that include Institutional, Commercial, and Mortgage Banking.

Siekielski has been involved in the Dallas community and served as a board member for organizations including Impact Dallas Capital and The Real Estate Council Community Fund.

Siekielski holds an MBA in Accounting and MS in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington, and received his BA in Business Administration from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas
