Maggie Haley

Maggie Haley is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations and management within skilled nursing facilities. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations and Senior Executive Director at Nexcare Health Systems since March 2014, Maggie has successfully transformed Bay Shores Senior Care and Rehab from a 2-Star to a continuous 5-Star facility rating through CMS Nursing Home Compare. Prior to this role, Maggie was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and General Manager at Caretel Inns of Tri-Cities, where leadership resulted in achieving a 5-Star rating as well as overseeing the launch of a new facility. Additional experience includes management roles at Extendicare Inc., HCR ManorCare, and Home and Hospice Advantage, emphasizing sales, marketing, and compliance in healthcare operations. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and an Associate of Arts from Delta College.
