Kyle R. Shen

Kyle R. Shen is the President, CEO, and Managing Partner of Nexceris. Kyle has over 20 years of experience in operations and supply chain management. Prior to joining Nexceris, Kyle was the VP Operations at Gwynnie Bee, a subscription-based clothing rental service. Kyle was responsible for managing the operations and supply chain with over 200 employees. From 2008 to 2016, Kyle was the Vice President and General Manager of Container Life Cycle Management (Greif) at Greif. Kyle was responsible for the full P&L and eight direct reports overseeing 400 employees. In 2006, they became the General Manager of Touch Screen and Membrane Switch Business at Holland 1916. Kyle ran the sourcing business for metal nameplate manufacturer. From 2004 to 2006, they were the Business Development Manager at Sprint Nextel. From 1999 to 2001, they were the Corporate Development Manager at Gaylord Entertainment Company. In 2001, they became the President and Owner of NutriPlus Feeds, LLC.

Kyle R. Shen received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Kyle then went on to complete the AIEP program at INSEAD, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Finally, they received their MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
