Debbie Wedderburn

Debbie Wedderburn is currently the EVP of Real Estate Management at NexCore Group. Prior to their current position, Debbie worked for The Neenan Company from March 1994 to April 2004 as the Controller of Real Estate Development. Debbie's experience and expertise in the real estate industry has made their a valuable asset to NexCore Group.

Debbie Wedderburn has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.

They work with Peter Kloepfer - Founding Partner, Amy Andresen - SVP, Leasing, and Howard Kozloff - EVP, Life Sciences. Some individuals on their team include John Lasell - SVP, Real Estate Development, Rob Kerr - Chief Building Engineer, Property Operations, and Maria Olvera - Assistant Manager, Real Estate Management. Debbie Wedderburn reports to Greg Venn, CEO & Founding Partner.
