VP, Sales & Marketing, North America Region at Nexdigm

Nimish heads the North America Sales and Marketing for Nexdigm (SKP), leading the global strategy that focuses on developing the North American market. He is an MD (Doctor of Medicine) by qualification and holds over 28 years of experience across multiple industries. He uses his diverse experience to build business relationships, foster client engagement, and create visibility for the group in the region. He also mentors the Corporate Services practice, which helps MNCs set-up in India and provides compliance management for their Indian entities.

He has played a significant role in building Nexdigm (SKP)’s Business Process Management practice. He has engaged with many multinational clients, including Fortune 500 Companies and successfully headed the transition and migration of their processes to Nexdigm (SKP)’s delivery center. He has worked closely with clients to ensure their objective of outsourcing operations were met during their engagement and led multiple initiatives to improve client processes and enhance efficiencies.

As the former head of both the Information Technology and Automation teams at Nexdigm (SKP), he was instrumental in bringing dramatic efficiencies and redefining how rule-based, repetitive tasks are performed. He successfully led the certification of Nexdigm (SKP)’s information security management system under ISO 27001.

Before Nexdigm (SKP), Nimish had worked extensively on the business development of the digital signature and networking products of a US-based IT firm. He had set-up an international business partner network in various locations including the UK, US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for that firm. Also, he was responsible for bringing in government organizations as clients, including those in the UK, US, and India. He defined and implemented comprehensive marketing programs, including activities at international trade shows.

He is a past member of the American Group of Businesses, a consortium of Indian subsidiaries of US-based software companies, and was also the past president of the Software Exporters Association of Pune, India.

Nimish believes in working with the commitment of a partner and the dedication and discipline of a vendor. His ability to create tailor-made solutions for each client is born out of passion, stemming from his absolute belief in the services Nexdigm (SKP) provides.
