Sean McCaffrey

Sean McCaffrey has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Sean began their career in 2003 as an Executive Chef at 29 Newbury, where they supervised all culinary operations and established cost-effective practices. In 2005, they joined Guckenheimer as a Regional Manager of Marketing and Standards, where they oversaw multiple restaurants and focused on culinary program execution. Sean then served as a Resident Area Manager at The Blue Glass Cafe, managing multiple locations with a strong emphasis on revenue generation. Finally, at NEXDINE HOSPITALITY, Sean held the role of Regional Vice President before assuming the position of Vice President of Operations, Corporate and Education.

Sean McCaffrey attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
