Daphne Fabre currently serves as a TO 301 Tutor and Ross Peer Mentor at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where Daphne is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Strategy. Daphne has held various roles within the Nexecon Consulting Group since September 2022, including Project Manager and Vice President of Content for the Michigan Undergraduate Consulting Conference. Additional experience includes an internship as a Platform Advisory Consulting Intern at Mirakl in summer 2024, a participation in Bain & Company's CREW program in February 2024, and earlier roles as an intern at noon and a speaker at TEDxReptonSchoolDubai. Daphne completed secondary education at Repton School, graduating with an International Baccalaureate in April 2022.

Nexecon Consulting Group is a student-run, not-for-profit consulting group that exists to provide services in strategy, marketing, and management consulting. Nexecon aims for the betterment of its direct community in terms of helping those businesses and non-profit groups that lack the resources for costly consultancy.
