Carsten Rudolph

Carsten Rudolph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and lean management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Process Consultant at NEXEL since August 2020, Carsten supports the implementation of a continuous improvement culture following the merger of two Danish electric power companies. Prior to this, Carsten held multiple roles at ASSA ABLOY from 2011 to 2020, including Lean Manager and Interim Warehouse Manager, where responsibilities included integrating lean practices across departments and managing warehouse operations. Carsten's career also includes positions as a Business Process Developer at Arriva Danmark, Senior Lean Consultant at Novo Nordisk, and Lean Project Manager at RFS - Radio Frequency Systems, emphasizing expertise in lean methodologies and productivity improvement. Carsten holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, supplemented by studies at Copenhagen Business School.
