Ozgur Koc

Ozgur Koc currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Group Head of Technology and Digital at Nexent Bank since April 2025. Previously, Koc held the position of Head of Digital Banking & Transformation at Credit Europe Bank N.V. from 2019 to July 2025, where responsibilities expanded alongside leading digital banking initiatives and successfully launching a new mobile and online banking platform. Koc's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Digital Marketing and CRM at Enpara.com Digital Banking, contributing significantly to Turkey's premier digital banking platform, and as a Senior Software Engineer at IBTECH A.S., where notable software development skills earned recognition with an Outstanding Performance Award. Koc holds an MBA from Özyeğin University and has completed a Data Science Certificate Program at Koç University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Boğaziçi University in Computer Education & Technology.
