Stavros-Ioannis Tsompanidis

Stavros-Ioannis Tsompanidis is currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Nexentria since October 2023. Previously, Tsompanidis held the position of Director, Global Medical Information at BioNTech SE from November 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, a range of roles was undertaken at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, including Director of Global Medical Information - Scientific Communications and Associate Medical Director for the International Region. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, positions included Associate Director of Medical Content and Information for EMAC and Regional Medical Information Lead for various European regions. Additional experiences include an interim role at Norgine and a Medical Information Officer position at Genzyme. Tsompanidis began academic training with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued advanced studies at the University of Surrey, University of York, and University College London, achieving multiple master's degrees in relevant fields.
