Tania Giardina

Tania Giardina is currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Nexeo Plastics. Prior to this, Tania held roles at Baker Hughes for over seven years, including as a Human Resources Partner and Manager for Global Human Resources Governance and Compliance. Tania has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies and documentation, as well as managing compensation and benefits programs. Tania also has previous experience in compensation and benefits roles at The Methodist Hospital and Van Kampen Funds. Tania holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University.
