Joe Pignataro

Joe Pignataro is currently the Customer Experience and Insight Manager at Nexfibre, responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, comprehensive reporting, and actionable insights while managing the end-to-end service delivery process with VMO2. Previously, Joe served as the Governance & Reporting Manager, overseeing service governance and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure service effectiveness. Joe's extensive experience at Arqiva includes roles such as Business Intelligence Manager, Service Manager, and Customer Service Manager, where expertise in data management, business analysis, and customer experience was developed. Early career experience includes positions at ITV as a Broadcast Senior Network Operator. Joe holds an HND in Professional Sound and Video Technology from The University of Salford.
