Vicky Hayden

Vicky Hayden is currently serving as the Senior Business Development & Partner Manager at nexfibre since January 2024. Previously, Vicky worked at Vodafone from April 2018 to March 2024, holding the positions of B2C Partner Manager - Wholesale Broadband, and Commercial Manager for both Wholesale Broadband and Carrier Services. In these roles, Vicky was responsible for designing partner strategies, managing strategic relationships, and delivering revenue and customer experience targets. Vicky's earlier experience includes a role as Lead Financial Analyst focused on churn and retention at Vodafone, where complex forecasting and analysis of customer trends were key responsibilities. Vicky holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham, earned between 1996 and 2000.
