Temi Dalley

Temi Dalley is currently an advisor at Nexford University. Temi has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a group head for human resources at First City Monument Bank Limited from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they were the head of HR and administration at Katchey from 2010 to 2012. Dalley has also worked as an HR resourcing and talent manager at Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from 2008 to 2009, and as a regional HR resourcing advisor at EDF (UK) from 2007 to 2008. Her early career was in customer service, where they worked as a customer service team lead at Royal Bank of Scotland from 2001 to 2003.

Temi Dalley has an executive education in organizational leadership from The Wharton School. Temi also has a master's degree in human resources management from Middlesex Business School in London. Temi is also certified by LinkedIn in coaching skills for leaders and managers and by CIPD in post-graduate certification in talent and career management.
