Robert Paine

Robert Paine has a diverse work experience in various industries. Robert is currently employed at NexGen Energy Ltd. as the Director of Management System Integration, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS) for The Rook I Project. Prior to this, they worked at Qualify Management System Solutions as a Senior Management System Advisor & Auditor/Managing Partner, where they focused on developing and delivering quality and integrated management systems. Robert also provided process auditing, improvement, and coaching services. Before that, Robert served as the Director of Quality & Environment at Seaspan ULC and as the Manager of Quality and Business Processes at K+S Potash Canada. Robert started their career as a Quality and Compliance Specialist at Cameco Corporation and as a Quality Manager at Centurion Medical Corporation. Robert's early career was at Calberta/Cenpro Manufacturing, where they held the position of Operations/Quality Manager.

Robert Paine received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Calgary, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained several certifications, including ISO 14001:2015 EMS Lead Auditor, ISO 13485:2016 Medical Devices QMS Lead Auditor, ISO 45001:2018 OHS Lead Auditor, ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor, Certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, and Certified Medical Device Auditor (CMDA).
