Earlier in the career, Sward worked as a Field Applications Engineer at Sensor Switch Inc from March 2003 to August 2009, where Sward was instrumental in designing an nLight retrofit and supporting field sales through technical guidance. Sward's expertise encompasses designing, commissioning, and troubleshooting advanced lighting control systems.
