Vyshak P A has over six years of experience in human resources, with a diverse background encompassing various roles. Vyshak began as a Human Resources Administrator at Fastlink Consultancy Services from October 2014 to October 2016, where responsibilities included conducting interviews and liaising with client HR departments. Subsequently, Vyshak worked at LuLu Group International as a Human Resources Generalist from October 2016 to March 2019. A brief tenure at bigbasket.com as a Senior Executive HR included setting up HR functions for India's largest online supermarket in Kerala. From June 2019 to March 2020, Vyshak served in HR Employee Experience at OYO, managing overall employee experience in Kerala. Currently, since March 2020, Vyshak holds the position of Manager- HR & Operations at Nexgen, Inc., overseeing various HR functions. Vyshak's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration, as well as a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering.
