Sudhansu Bhusan Prusty currently serves as the Managing Director of NEXHS RENEWABLES PVT. LTD. since May 2018, specializing in engineering functions related to tall towers, monopiles, and heavy foundations for both onshore and offshore structures. Previously, Sudhansu worked as the Engineering Manager for Siemens Gamesa from December 2012 to May 2018, focusing on structural foundations and geotechnical analysis for renewable projects. Sudhansu's career began at Larsen & Toubro Limited, where roles included Engineering Manager (Civil) and Assistant Engineering Manager, contributing to major infrastructure projects with expertise in geotechnical techniques and structural design. Educational qualifications include a PhD Scholar status in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, alongside an MBA in International/Global Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and various degrees in Civil and Design Engineering from prestigious institutions.
