Angelo Carletta

Angelo Carletta currently serves as the HR Director for Italy and Corporate Functions at Nexi Group and acts as a mentor for B4i Bocconi for innovation at Università Bocconi. Previously, Carletta was the Project Leader for Placement & Career Services at Multiversity Group and worked with Sole 24 ORE Formazione on placement and partnership initiatives. Carletta's extensive experience at Unicredit spanned over 25 years, culminating in roles such as Head of People&Culture Group Functions Business Partners, where responsibilities included leading over 50 HR Business Partners and supporting more than 10,000 employees. Key achievements include driving digital transformation, talent management, and large-scale hiring initiatives in the technology sector. Carletta holds a Law Degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and has furthered education through an Executive Education program in HR Strategy at London Business School.
