Carmen Mathern

Carmen Mathern is an accomplished technology strategist with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and governance analytics across leading firms in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Nexi Group Technology Strategy and Governance Analytics and Director of Enterprise Architecture at Nexi Group since December 2021, Carmen previously held significant roles, including Head of Group Enterprise Architecture at Worldline Global, where a comprehensive technology strategy and unified governance model were established. Noteworthy contributions also include leading the M&A technical workshops and building a robust Enterprise Architecture function at Ingenico Group. Earlier roles at Société Générale involved strategic leadership in technical architecture transformations and data integration platforms, while positions at Atos and CELLA GROUP focused on compliance policies and architectural innovations.
