Daniel Schoenen

Daniel Schoenen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daniel is currently the Head of Onboarding at Nexi Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Deutsche Bank for a significant duration. Daniel held the position of Director - KYC Operations EMEA Region from March 2020 until June 2023. Before that, they served as Vice President - KYC EMEA Region from February 2016 to March 2020. In their earlier role as Assistant Vice President - Equity Client Service/Relationship Management, they managed two teams and focused on process improvements, risk management, and operational excellence. This role lasted from January 2013 to February 2016. Additionally, they were a Team Manager - Equity Client Service at Deutsche Bank from July 2010 to January 2013 and a Senior Operations Analyst from September 2008 to July 2010. Prior to their tenure at Deutsche Bank, they worked at CitiStreet as a Team Leader from March 2005 to September 2008. In 2003, Daniel completed a Marketing Internship at T-Com.

Daniel Schoenen pursued a Master of Intercultural Communication degree in International Business from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, attending from 1999 to 2003. After that, they enrolled at the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration in 2003 for an MBA degree in International Business, where they studied for a year.
