Daniela Ballabio is an accomplished digital communication professional with extensive experience in social media and brand management. Currently serving as the Group Social Media & Digital Communication Manager at Nexi Group since July 2021, Daniela oversees digital activities aimed at enhancing online visibility and brand awareness across multiple platforms. Prior to this role, Daniela held various positions at Nexi Italy, including Head of Content & Social Media Communications and Social & Digital Communications Manager, where efforts focused on fostering brand loyalty and managing digital content. Daniela's career also includes significant roles at CartaSi, where the management of digital strategies and social media presence was paramount. Daniela's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from IULM University and a recent completion of an Online Professional Program in Brand Management at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
