Filippo Panza has a diverse work experience ranging from marketing roles in the financial and consulting industry to positions in education and sales. Filippo is currently working at Nexi Group as the Head of Marketing for Digital Corporate & Open Banking. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Marketing for Open Banking at the same company. Before joining Nexi Group, Filippo worked at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, as a Strategy Consultant. Filippo also gained experience as a Management Consultant at PwC. Earlier in their career, they worked as a GCM Junior Analyst at BNY Mellon, where they were responsible for Italian go-to-market strategy and credit risk assessment for financial institutions. Additionally, Filippo has worked in the Innovation Lab at The European House-Ambrosetti and held roles in education as a Community Assistant at IES Abroad and a House Manager at Tti School of English. Filippo also has experience in sales as a Sales Assistant at Stables Market (Camden) Limited.

Filippo Panza began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, specializing in Economics and Business Management, from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they received additional training in Leadership and Management through the Leaders of the Future training program at The European House - Ambrosetti. During the same year, they also attended TTi School of English for an undisclosed period.

Continuing their educational journey, Filippo pursued a Master's degree in Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, specializing in Economic and Business Sciences (LM 77), from 2012 to 2014.

In 2012, Filippo Panza also obtained a certification in IELTS Academic from Cambridge English - British Council.

Most recently, Filippo enrolled in the Fintech programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021, where they are currently pursuing their studies.
