Matija Marković

Matija Marković has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matija began their career as a Personal Finance Advisor at OVB Allfinanz d.o.o., where they worked with life insurance, pension funds, and investment funds. Matija then worked as a Promoter for Apple VAR, promoting and presenting Apple products. Matija also gained experience in administrative tasks at Wuestenrot stambena štedionica, where they handled confidential documents and managed the archive.

Later, they worked as an Educator at Udruga "Nova budućnost" (Nova budućnost association), focusing on fostering and caring for children without adequate parental care. Matija collaborated with educational and medical institutions to provide support to children. Matija then joined the Centre for Counselling and Education "Sun" as an Activity Coordinator and Project Leader, where they developed the center's new website.

In 2012, Matija started working at Azut media d.o.o. as a Web Developer, primarily focusing on back-end functionality and translating designers' ideas into HTML and CSS. Matija used MVC3, MVC4, HTMLAgilityPack, Bootstrap 3, jQuery, and AJAX among other tools. Matija also gained experience as an Associate - Educator at EdukaCentar Zagreb, where they developed and conducted courses in power reading, accelerated learning, and psychological testing.

Matija's career then led him to CompanyWall d.o.o., where they worked as a Senior Web Developer, utilizing their advanced C# knowledge. Currently, they are a Product Owner at Nexi Group, and their previous roles in the company include Application Specialist and Application Engineer. In the latter role, they worked on in-house processing software, internal improvements, and client projects using tools such as Visual Studio, SqlDbx, UC4 automation software, SOAP UI, and TFS. Overall, Matija has demonstrated versatility and expertise in various roles throughout their career.

Matija Marković began their education at the Prirodoslovno-matematička gimnazija "Lucijan Vranjanin" (Comprehensive School) from 1999 to 2003. They then attended Hrvatski studiji from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Psychology (mag. Psych.) degree with a focus on psychology. In 2005 to 2006, Matija Marković studied at Aplo language centar (School for foreign languages) and obtained a 2nd degree in the Japanese language. They furthered their education at prof. Nada Žanko in 2006 to 2007, earning a Certificate "101" in Transactional Analysis. In 2007, they attended the Croatian financial services supervisory agency (CFFSA) and gained the qualification of an Insurance Representative. Matija Marković then pursued a php/MySQL programming course at NetAkademija (Tehničko veleučilište u Zagrebu (TVZ) – Polytechnic of Zagreb) in 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they completed a course in writing psychological reports in the field of human resources and clinical psychology at Hrvatsko Psihološko Društvo (Croatian Psychological Association). Furthermore, Matija Marković acquired a Basic Licence for independent work in psychology at Hrvatska psihološka komora (Croatian Chamber of Psychology) in 2012. They also attended Syncro (Synergy Croatia) in the same year.
