Paolo Rosato

Paolo Rosato has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Paolo currently holds the position of Group Chief Procurement & RE Officer at Nexi Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) at Nexi SpA since July 2021.

Before joining Nexi, Paolo worked at Gruppo ICBPI as a Supply Chain Director starting from December 2016. Paolo was also the General Manager at ADS Assembly Data System S.p.A. from April 2015 to June 2016.

Paolo has a long history with Vodafone, where they held multiple roles. Paolo served as the Chief Procurement Officer for the South Europe region responsible for coordinating and managing supply chain activities from September 2008 to March 2015. Additionally, they held the position of Head of regional network delivery and operations, Director of Commercial Purchasing, Senior Manager of Industrial Purchasing, and Manager of South Italy Region purchasing at Vodafone.

Prior to Vodafone, they worked at Enel as a Manager of International Projects purchasing from January 2000 to October 2001. Paolo also has experience in supply chain roles at Technip and ESSO ITALIANA SRL. Paolo co-founded Nexi in 2017 and worked as the Group supply chain director. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in procurement and supply chain management in various industries.

Paolo Rosato completed their education in mechanical engineering at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1984 to 1989. This is their only known educational experience.
