Rossella Cardone

Rossella Cardone is an experienced leader in sustainability and corporate responsibility, currently serving as Group Director of ESG & Sustainability at Nexi Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rossella was the Director and Group Head of the Sustainability Office at Jaguar Land Rover, where a focus was placed on integrating sustainability into the business strategy. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at Ericsson, overseeing sustainability efforts across Europe and LATAM, as well as managing innovation in the Mediterranean region. Rossella's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, along with executive education in sustainability and strategic impact from distinguished institutions, such as Columbia Business School and Stockholm School of Economics.
