Kwangjin (KJ) Suk

Kwangjin (KJ) Suk has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Kwangjin (KJ) started their career at Samsung SDS in 1999, where they held various roles, including Principal Consultant and Business Development Lead. In these positions, they worked on projects involving service design, customer service innovation, and product innovation for globally-known clients. Notably, they led initiatives related to digital transformation efforts for a US-based retail bank and developed interactive solutions for a leading beverage company.

In 2013, Suk joined Samsung SDS America as Managing Director and later became Director of Retail Innovation Solution Business. Kwangjin (KJ) was responsible for planning and executing digital transformation initiatives and overseeing the development and launch of solutions for retail clients. Kwangjin (KJ) played a key role in the development of a full-service retail software suite and led efforts related to market-entry strategy development and product marketing strategies. Kwangjin (KJ) also implemented mobile training software for internal Sales Associates at wireless telecom partner channel stores.

In 2020, Suk joined Nexien Inc. as Director of Business Planning & Strategy. Kwangjin (KJ)'srole involves new business development and analytics enablement. Overall, Suk has demonstrated expertise in digital and in-store marketing, market research and analysis, change management, and enterprise mobility management. Kwangjin (KJ) has also been recognized for their leadership abilities and building effective internal teams.

Kwangjin (KJ) Suk has completed their education at three prestigious institutions. Kwangjin (KJ) holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, specializing in areas such as Neural Network, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Kwangjin also earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University.
