Tae Joon Song

Tae Joon Song has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. From 2019 to present, Tae Joon has been the Director of Operations at Nexien Inc. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2019, they worked at Samsung SDS as the Solution Architecture Director of IoT & Analytics, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of IoT and analytics solutions for various industry clients. In 2009, Tae Joon briefly worked as the General Manager at IVT, Inc., overseeing the production and testing facility setup for a Mass Transit Visual Communication System. From 2002 to 2009, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at TmaxSoft, Inc., providing technical support, system implementation, and integration for various web middleware products. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, Tae Joon held the position of Senior Developer, R&D at eSum Technologies, Inc., where they actively contributed to the writing of the ebXML v1.0 specification. In 1999, Tae Joon worked as a Software Engineer at Unipoint, specializing in IBM WebSphere technology consulting and implementation. Lastly, from 1997 to 1999, they were dispatched as an International Cooperation Personnel to Sri Lanka by KOICA, where they played a significant role in the computer unit of Ruhuna University, focusing on object-oriented programming lectures and campus-wide system network development.

Tae Joon Song pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from Deakin University between the years 1995 and 1999.
