Julian Builes

Julian Builes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julian is currently working as a Lead iOS Engineer for Nexient, where they are responsible for leading iOS projects, working with different code languages and tools, and managing releases and milestones. Prior to this, Julian was the VP of Growth at The Big Sound Co, where they played a managerial role and achieved significant growth and revenue milestones. Julian also founded their own company, Dayspring Co, which was eventually acquired. At Dayspring Co, Julian served as the CEO and VP of Product, leading a team and implementing innovative strategies in the meal subscription service and chatbot space. Julian has also held positions as a Sr. iOS Engineer at Rappi, VP of Engineering at Morsel Club, Lead iOS Engineer at Netchemia, and Software Engineer at Cerner Corporation. Julian started their career as a Mathematics tutor at Hofstra University. Julian is currently leading the development of an iOS/web app as the CEO/Lead iOS Developer at Artful Ideas, showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design and database modeling.

Julian Builes completed a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University between 2009 and 2011. Julian studied programming languages, entrepreneurship, and mobile programming during their time at the university. Prior to that, they attended Gimnasio los Alcazares between 1994 and 2004, though their degree and field of study during this time are unknown.
