Luke Von Hagel has experience in operations and technical support, currently serving as an Operation Center Analyst and previously as a Service Desk Technician II at Nexigen since May 2018. Prior to Nexigen, Luke worked as a Machinist at Talbert's Woodworking Inc. from May 2015 to May 2018, where the primary responsibility included machining trenches for rise and run into stringers. Luke holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Information Technology, specializing in Information Security and Network Administration, from Gateway Community & Technical College, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
