Egor Kosarev

Egor Kosarev is currently the Head of Internal Communications and Employer Branding at Nexign, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Training Manager and Head of Training and Development at Nexign. Before that, Egor was an IT Project Manager and Manager of the Staff Training Department at R-Pharm from 2018 to 2019. Egor earned a Candidate of Psychological Sciences degree in Psychology from Ярославский Государственный Университет им. П.Г. Демидова between 2014 and 2018 and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University from 2009 to 2014.
