Nontokozo Totoyi

Nontokozo Totoyi is a Junior Support Engineer at Nexio since August 2021, providing first-tier support in a network monitoring environment and assisting users with inquiries through the Remedy Ticketing System. Prior to this role, Nontokozo completed a NQF L6 Business Analysis learnership at On The Ball College and a NQF L5 System Support learnership at EOH. Additionally, Nontokozo served as a Grade 5 Teacher Assistant at Sivuyiseni Primary School. Nontokozo holds a National Diploma in Information Technology from Walter Sisulu University, completed in 2018.
