Rex Tan is an experienced customer service and delivery manager at NEXION Networks, responsible for delivering the company’s services and product suite since January 2021. Prior to this role, Rex served as a support analyst and triage lead at Hexagon Mining, contributing to global smart mining solutions from May 2018 to December 2020. Rex has a background as a software developer and project manager from a part-time consultancy, with extensive experience managing end-to-end IT project relationships. Previous positions include network support manager at Orion Satellite Systems, product project manager and team leader at Platform Interactive, as well as roles as a part-time Java developer and tutor at Curtin University. Rex holds an Honours degree in Computer Science from Curtin University and an Information Technology degree from Nanyang Polytechnic.
