Gwénaël Malard

After an initial experience of 3 years with the audit firm Ernst & Young, Gwénaël Malard joined Nexity in 2010 in the Audit Department of the Nexity Group, before taking charge of external growth operations within the Strategy and Development Department in 2015. In 2018 he was appointed General Secretary of the Villes & Projets subsidiary and contributed to the creation of the Group's development division, Nexity Transformation des Territoires, becoming its General Secretary in 2022.

Gwénaël Malard, 40, holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Paris-Sorbonne and a Specialized Master's degree in Audit and Management Control from the Toulouse Business School.
