Lauren Kolesar

Lauren Kolesar currently serves as the Assistant Controller at NexMetro Communities, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren gained extensive auditing experience at BDO USA, LLP from July 2017 to August 2021, progressing through various titles including Experienced Audit Senior and Audit Associate. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Investment Analyst Intern at Angels Den in the summer of 2015, focusing on identifying businesses seeking funding and connecting them with potential investors. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, complemented by a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Fashion Merchandising.
