Ryan Becker

Ryan Becker began their work experience in 2013 as a Real Estate Analyst at City to City Commercial, where they developed negotiation skills and secured listings and clients. In 2016, they joined STORE Capital as an Underwriter and later became an Asset Manager, overseeing a Real Estate portfolio valued at $7B. In 2018, Becker joined Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Real Estate Development Manager, responsible for various tasks including demographic feasibility studies, entitlements, site selection, and financial modeling. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Vice President of Development at NexMetro Communities starting in 2023.

Ryan Becker attended Valley Christian Schools in Arizona from 2004 to 2008. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminology at Arizona State University from 2008 to 2012.
